All festival participants are required to agree to a liability waiver and code of conduct. By attending, participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities and field outings and agree to assume personal responsibility for their safety. The code of conduct is designed to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment aligned with our mission to inspire conservation, learning, and community. Participants are expected to act responsibly, respect wildlife and habitats, follow guidance from festival leaders, and treat fellow attendees with courtesy and consideration.
